Refreshing Pineapple Ice Pops
These pineapple ice pops have a wonderful, refreshing flavour and just the right amount of natural sweetness. The coconut milk and banana provide potassium and the pineapple is a yummy source of vitamin C, making these homemade ice pops both nutritious and delicious. They passed the taste test with flying colours with my 4 kids who are already asking for them again.
This recipe makes quite a big batch so I froze the extra mixture in a muffin pan to make "smoothie starters".
