Refreshing Pineapple Ice Pops Recipe

The fun in having your own ice pop molds is experimenting with the countless ingredient combinations and coming up with unique and healthy creations. This tropical themed ice pop recipe will satisfy your sweet tooth without any added sugar and both kids and adults will enjoy it!

Thanks to Maranda for sharing this recipe.

Refreshing Pineapple Ice Pops

These pineapple ice pops have a wonderful, refreshing flavour and just the right amount of natural sweetness. The coconut milk and banana provide potassium and the pineapple is a yummy source of vitamin C, making these homemade ice pops both nutritious and delicious. They passed the taste test with flying colours with my 4 kids who are already asking for them again.

This recipe makes quite a big batch so I froze the extra mixture in a muffin pan to make "smoothie starters".

1 can pineapple with  juice
1 banana
1/2 tsp vanilla

Blend ingredients together and pour into molds. Freeze until set.
