As you have heard, Canada Post, our chosen delivery service is currently on strike.

Canada Post has always been the most economical option for Nayla Natural Care. As a small business, using other shipping methods were not favourable to us or our customers because of their higher costs. However, to keep your orders moving during this time, we have found that the most cost-effective option at this time is FedEx Ground Service.

So effective immediately and until the Canada Post issues have been resolved, when checking out, you will have 2 options:

1. You can choose the Canada Post options you see available. We will prepare and deliver your package to our Canada Post outlet where it will be processed as usual, however, by choosing Canada Post as your delivery service, you understand that your shipment may be delayed.

2. You can choose the FedEx Ground Option. Depending on where you are, the charges will vary. If you do choose this option, please take note of the following:

• FedEx ground delivery will take between 1-4 business days within Canada and 2-6 business days for the USA


• FedEx cannot deliver to PO boxes, so please provide a business or residential address


• All orders over $150 will still qualify for free shipping, but only if you choose the Canada Post option
  

We apologize for any inconvenience these temporary changes may cause for you. Once the dispute has been resolved, we will return to shipping with Canada Post.
